While skeptical of UFOs, Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) has many unanswered questions about “unexplained phenomenon going on out there.”
The Armed Services Committee member even wonders whether the Pentagon, US military contractors or American adversaries are behind the uptick in UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, to NASA) sightings in recent years.
“There are clearly unexplained phenomenon going on out there, but we don't know whether that's our technology, adversaries technology or whether it's terrestrial — I just don't see how it can be terrestrial without us knowing it,” Sen. Cramer tells Ask a Pol’s Matt Laslo. “I just don’t.”
When it comes to UFO whistleblower David Grusch, Cramer hasn’t looked into it much” but has “watched some of the stuff on TV with some amusement.”
Still, Cramer’s curious whether some of the UAPs spotted in recent years and months are Made in the USA. He says, even from his powerful perch, he’s clueless.
“I’m on Armed Services,” Cramer notes with a shrug and smile, “and I don’t have a clue.”
This interview also dropped simultaneously on Matt Laslo’s new Substack: Lights, Cameras, Memes! where just tonight he launched a new, irregular podcast: Prof. Laslo Lecturing Lawmakers.
