Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) is a senior member of SASC, or the Senate Armed Services Committee.
We caught up with Hirono on July 27 — the day after UFO whistleblower David Grusch and two other veterans publicly testified before the House Oversight Committee, and Hirono said she hadn’t looked into his allegations at all.
“No I have not,” Hirono told Ask a Pol.

Mazie Hirono: “Yes.”
ML: “Have you looked into this UFO or UAP whistleblower at all?”
MH: “No I have not.”
ML: “He just testified in the House. Interesting.”
Hirono smiled; Laslo laughed.
