Ask a Pol asks:
What’s your takeaway from the public Nov. 13 UAP hearing in the House?
Key Grothman:
“Well, I guess we're going to have to do some more work because they didn't tell us enough information,” Rep. Glenn Grothman exclusively tells Ask a Pol. “Well, I guess we'll have to threaten them* with legislation.”
*Grothman means the executive branch, not the witnesses.
LAST DAY: UFO hearing SPECIAL!
Caught our ear:
“We're building a case, but they obviously don't like to tell us what's going on. That's what really annoys me,” Grothman tells us.
Below find a rough transcript of Ask a Pol’s exclusive interview with Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-WI), slightly edited for clarity.
TRANSCRIPT: Rep. Glenn Grothman
SCENE: Ask a Pol’s Matt Laslo has been keeping his distance as Rep. Glenn Grothman answered another reporter’s questions. Once they’re done, Laslo has to cut across some grass on the US Capitol grounds to catch up with the congressman.
Matt Laslo: “I was giving you space.”
Glenn Grothman: “Hey.”
ML: “I was giving you space. Old school reporter. I let other reporters have ya. I don't team up.”
Car honks.
ML: “What are your thoughts on the UAP hearing went last week?”
GG: “Well, I guess we're going to have to do some more work because they didn't tell us enough information.”
