SCENE: Earlier this week, before Congress funded the government and bolted outta town, Ask a Pol’s Matt Laslo ran into Rep. Eli Crane as he was walking across the Capitol grounds ahead of a House vote.
Matt Laslo: “Curious your thoughts, after that DHS hearing last week on the drones, from what they told you in that hearing to then hearing Kirby and them say, hey, everything's fine. It seemed like those two are at odds. No?”
Eli Crane: “Well, I think, clearly, I don't think everything's fine based on what we're seeing, how concerned the American citizens are.”
ML: “Yeah?”
