SCENE: After voting on the House floor, Rep. Frank Pallone and an aide are walking through the US Capitol when Ask a Pol’s Matt Laslo catches him.
Frank Pallone: “How are you?“
Matt Laslo: “Not bad. Did you make that call with Mayorkas earlier this week?”
FP: “Huh?”
ML: “About stuff flying over...”
Aide: “About the drone stuff.”

Aide: “I assume it is.”
FP: “I assume it was. Why? What do you want to know?”

Aide: “Well, it was for members. It wasn't for the public.”
FP: “I mean, off the record...”
ML: ”Yeah.”
Pallone briefly goes off-the-record.
FP: “But, I mean, I didn't say that, because I'm not sure.”
ML: “Yeah?”
Laslo laughs.
ML: “Me neither. Have a good one.”
