TRANSCRIPT: Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
Matt Laslo: “How are you ma’am?”
Kirsten Gillibrand: “Hello.”
ML: “Have you had time to check out that new AARO report yet? The declassified one?”
KG: “Haven’t read it yet.”
ML: “No?”
KG: “I read the reports on what it said, but I don’t have it yet.”
ML: “Yeah? I’ll look for you next week on it.”
KG: “Yeah. I’ll read it. Thank you.”
ML: “Have a good one, ma’am.”

Visitor: “Oh, another reporter (inaudible).”
ML: “Yeah. I apologize.”
Visitor: “Don’t worry about me.”
ML: “What do I smell?”
They laugh.
Staffer: “You said it.”
Elevator lands in the Capitol’s basement, so Laslo jets out to chase more senators.
Visitor: “Couldn’t tell if the other one…”
